Random crashing can occur due to outdated drivers or interfering programs.

Make sure you have the latest drivers and get them directly from the manufacturer of the graphics cards. Especially laptops manufacturers are notorious for providing graphics drivers that are often many years old. Don't get them from them, but directly from Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA. Also note that if you have hybrid graphics, then you need to update both. Even if you only use the discrete graphics card.

• Updating AMD graphics drivers
• Updating NVIDIA graphics drivers

If the crashing continues after updating the graphics drivers, please check the List of Incompatible Software.

If the crashing still persists, try doing a clean boot to disable any background software. Instructions are here: [1]. Should this solve your problem, then it means you have incompatible software that we do not know about yet. Please let us know through the Uber Support Forums.

• Steam
• PA Launcher
