The latest drivers for AMD can be downloaded from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

For desktop and some laptops the easiest way to download the latest is to click on "Download Now" in the "Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver" section.

If that doesn't work, use the form in the "Manually Select Your Driver" section.

Reboot your computer after installing the drivers.

AMD Hybrid Graphics with Intel Integrated GPUs

For laptops with an Intel processor you may have AMD hybrid graphics using an Intel Integrated GPU which will also need updated drivers.
