The latest drivers for AMD can be downloaded from support.amd.com. For desktop and some laptops the easiest way to download the latest is to click on "Download Now" in the "Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver" section. If that doesn't work, use the form in the "Manually Select Your Driver" section.
If this is for a laptop with an Intel processor, you likely have hybrid graphics. In that case, also update your Intel drivers. Instructions are here: Updating_Intel_graphics_drivers
Reboot your computer after installing the drivers.
