Run PA with the argument ''--software-ui'' to disable hardware rendering of the UI. This will not slow down the UI very much, but it does introduce a bug where the screen turns black after every match. The workaround for that is to resize the game window or to toggle between full screen and windowed and back using the key combination [Alt]+[Enter].

UI is partially missing

For certain Linux graphics drivers the user interface provided by Coherent UI is only partially visible or it takes tens of seconds to appear

Solution

Run PA with the argument --software-ui to disable hardware rendering of the UI. This will not slow down the UI very much, but it does introduce a bug where the screen turns black after every match. The workaround for that is to resize the game window or to toggle between full screen and windowed and back using the key combination [Alt]+[Enter].
