The version 16.7.3 AMD drivers introduced a bug that causes missing metal point and landing zones. Flickering of the screen can also occur.

Downgrading the drivers to 16.7.2 fixes the issue.

Alternatively, you can download the 16.7.2 DLLs and put them in the PA folder. See here: [1]
