The version 16.7.3 AMD drivers introduced a bug that causes missing metal point and landing zones. Flickering of the screen can also occur.

Downgrading the drivers to 16.7.2 fixes the issue.

Alternatively you can download the 16.7.2 OpenGL / Vulkan DLLs and put them in bin_x64 insider your PA Installation Directory.
