If they have an issue then ask them to please report it on the Uber support forums in a new thread with dxdiag/specs, screenshots, logs, etc.

I personally have zero tolerance for complainers and people abusing PA or Uber.

Use your discretion and the following guidelines.

Annoying

• warn in private chat
• mute if required
• kick if they argue back or abuse

Bad

• immediately mute
• warn in private chat
• kick if they argue back or abuse

Really Bad / Abusive

• warn in private chat
• kick
• three strikes applies then temp chat ban
