Automatic updating may not work if your Intel card is old or if you are using a laptop for which the manufacturer provides their own driver. Drivers from manufacturers (such as Dell, HP, etc.) usually provide drivers that are several years old, which is fine for daily use, but not fine when you are trying to play games that push the graphics card to its limits, such as PA.
In that case, use the "Search downloads" option on Intel's website. For example, if your CPU is an i7-3632QM, type that in and the search box will autocomplete. In the next page filter by "Drivers" and your Operating System (beware of the choice between 32-bit and 64-bit). The latest drivers will usually be the newest, but check the date to be sure.
On the page for the driver, two version will be available. A .exe and a .zip. Try downloading the .exe first and install that. In the case of laptops you may encounter an error about the driver not being validated for your computer. In that case, proceed with the next section.
