If they have an issue then ask them to please report it on the Uber support forums in a new thread with dxdiag/specs, screenshots, logs, etc.
I personally have zero tolerance for complainers and people abusing PA or Uber.
Use your discretion and the following guidelines.
Annoying
- warn in private chat
- mute if required
- kick if they argue back or abuse
Bad
- immediately mute
- warn in private chat
- kick if they argue back or abuse
Really Bad / Abusive
- warn in private chat
- kick
- three strikes applies then temp ban
