- global chat available in Titans & Classic PA
- replaces PA Chat

- no room limit although current user interface may slow with massive room user list eventually (PA Chat limit via XMPP was 100)
- no commands now... everything is right click with name at top for confirmation
- no bans now... just system wide mutes where they can see everything but not contribute

- max message size is 200
- individual messages can be permanently muted (and umuted)

Implementation:
- uses web sockets to new Community Chat server... no more XMPP for chat rooms
- XMPP is only used for friends list
