Missing music and voice overs.
There are some known issues with the FMOD libraries that will be fixed in the next update.
The Windows 10 anniversary update also broke many sound libraries.

As a workaround you can copy the newer libraries into your Planetary Annihilation Installation Directory.
Expand the zip and replace the existing FMOD files.
