As a workaround you can copy the newer DLLs into your [[Planetary Annihilation Installation Directory]].

Description

Missing music and voice overs.

The Windows 10 anniversary update also broke many sound libraries.

Solution

Fixed in build 99377 with updated FMOD libraries.
