Updating NVIDIA graphics drivers

The latest drivers for NVIDIA can be downloaded from https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx.
For desktop and laptops the easiest way to download the latest drivers is to choose Option 2: Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products.
If that doesn't work use Option 1 to select your graphics card and operating system manually.
Reboot your computer after installing the drivers.
For crashes and persistent issues with the latest NVIDIA drivers you can also submit driver feedback to NVIDIA: http://www.nvidia.com/object/driverqualityassurance.html
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)
If you have an older GPU or recently upgraded to a 10 series Nvidia GPU you may need to use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) before installing the latest driver:
NVIDIA Optimus Hybrid Graphics with Intel Integrated GPUs
For laptops with an Intel processor you may have NVIDIA Optimus hybrid graphics using an Intel Integrated GPU which will also need updated drivers.
